ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Gudiyattam to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2014 on merits within a specified time frame.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner/husband herein has filed a petition in HMOP No.84 of 2014 before the Subordinate Court, Gudiyattam seeking dissolution of marriage which took place on 14.07.2013 with the respondent. In the aforesaid case has been adjourned from time to time for filing counter affidavit. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the HMOP within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. By considering the facts and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the HMOP is of the year 2014, this Court is inclined to direct the Subordinate Judge, Gudiyattam, to dispose of the HMOP.No.84 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order in accordance with law.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No Cost.
