ORDER
These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to direct the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur to dispose of LAOP.Nos.262 & 266 of 2022 respectively, pending on its file.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.Pursuant to my order dated 06.06.2025, the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur, has submitted its report and sought for four months time to dispose of LAOP.Nos.262 & 266 of 2022. 4.In view of the reasonable reasons assigned by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge for seeking four months time, I direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, to dispose of LAOP.Nos.262 & 266 of 2022, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.10.2025.

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
