Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to provide the suitable marks to the petitioner in view of the petitioner's affidavit and representation dated 28.08.2015. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

(Judgment of Court was made by The Honourable The Chief Justice) A perusal of the counter affidavit shows that qua the four questions in respect of which the petitioner disputed the answers, benefit has already been granted to the petitioner as per paragraph13 of the counter affidavit. The request qua one of the questions was rejected. The result is that the representation of the petitioner, which he claims to have been made in time, has already been dealt with.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the full clarification could be obtained only if OMR sheet is received.

3. Learned Additional Advocate General states that if a proper application is filed under the RTI Act, they issue the OMR Sheet to all concerned and so will be done in this case.

4. In view of the aforesaid position, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition same closed.
