Earlier, this Court by an order dated 05.04.2022, issued a direction to the Tamil Nadu State Mental Health Authority, Chennai or the Institute of Mental Health, Chennai to examine the mental condition and soundness of DW2- Sudha Panchapakesan through a Committee of Experts on 17.06.2022 and submit a report before this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant/defendant submits that earlier order has not been complied with and hence, he seeks time to DW2 - Sudha Panchapakesan to appear before the Institute of Mental Health, Medavakkam Tank Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600 010, for examination of her mental condition and soundness.

3.At his request, DW2 - Sudha Panchapakesan, is directed to appear before the Institute of Mental Health, Medavakkam Tank Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600 010, (Cell No.9940673979) on 16.07.2022, for examination of her mental condition and soundness,.

4. Post the matter on 26.07.2022, for submitting a report by the Institute of Mental Health, Chennai.
