This Court by an order dated 06.07.2018, while disposing of the C.R.P. has recorded that both the counsel for the petitioner and the respondent agreed to examine the witnesses after completing the evidence of the defendant, if necessary. This petition has been filed to clarify the said order stating that the petitioner has not agreed to the same. What has been recorded by an order of the Court cannot be controverted by way of an affidavit. Therefore, there is nothing to clarify in the order and the order is as clear as crystal and it does not require any clarification. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
