This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 368 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the order made in C.C.No.250 of 2017 dated 22.11.2018 on the file of the Fast Track Court II, Coimbatore.

2. It is seen that the cost ordered by this Court on 27.07.2022 is paid.

Therefore, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Ms.S.Jothilakshmi, as the counsel for the respondent at the time of admission itself.
