O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2015.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against one Dharmalingam and Ravi stating that the petitioner has placed orders for dyeing the fabrics and also advanced a sum of Rs.10 lakhs. After receiving the amount, the said Dharmalingam has supplied the substandard fabrics. Hence, he lodged a complaint with the respondent police. But the same was not taken into consideration so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, the case was closed as civil in nature. He has also produced a copy of the closure report for the perusal of the Court.

4. Since the complaint has already been closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.

6. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
