The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 07.11.2015 of the petitioner and investigate the same.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against the persons namely, Desikan, Jayalakshmi Sundararajan, Kanaka Vethantham, Vedantham V.Aiyangar, Thangam Narasimhan, V.Annadurai, alleging that they were trying to tress pass into his property by fabricating the documents. Since no action had been taken by the respondent police, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier one Desikan had lodged a complaint on the allegation of land grabbing and now, the present complaint is a counter blast for the same. However, it is also submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner had been taken on file in CSR.No.1173 of 2015 and the investigation is in progress.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since already CSR has been assigned, the

respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry and proceed further in accordance with law and file the final report as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate for the enquiry. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
