This petition has been filed to call for the records made in FIR Crime No.201 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kanchi Taluk Police Station, Kancheepuram District and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.201 of 2018, the second respondent filed a final report on 21.02.2020, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
