Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider her representation dated 26.08.2016 within a time frame.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2017 for issuance of patta, the second respondent has not passed any order so far.

4.Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
