2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the condition imposed by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai while ordering the return of the vehicle to the petitioner.
