Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to re transfer the petitioner from Coimbatore to Calicut City to any suitable post under the fourth respondent considering the permanent disability of the petitioner's wife, taking into consideration the policy guidelines as contained in the notifications from Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Department of Personnel and Training dated 06.06.2014 and 17.11.2014. within a time frame.
