PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records culminating in OR No.86 of 2012 dated 01.03.2013 and the follow up summon dated 12.03.2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same and directing the first respondent herein to formulate guidelines in respect of treating any
