2.This Court, while disposing of this writ petition by order dated 25.05.2023, directed the Special Court under POTA Act at Poonamallee, Chennai, to conduct trial in Spl.S.C.No.3 of 2022, on day-to-day basis and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3.Now, the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court under POTA Act (Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial of Bomb Blast Cases), Chennai at Poonamallee, has submitted a letter, dated 13.12.2023, seeking further time of six months to dispose of the case.

mkn 4.Considering the facts that are narrated in the letter of the learned Sessions Judge, this Court grants further time of six months to the Special Court for final disposal of the case in Spl.S.C.No.3 of 2022. 5.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the earlier order passed by this Court has not been complied with. It may be open to the petitioner to file appropriate application for that, if so advised.
