Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in impugned order dated 28.12.2011 passed in proceedings O.Mu.No.7180/A1/2011 by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and unlawful and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to re-employ the petitioner till the end of the academic year 2011-2012 (31.05.2012) as in the Higher Secondary School, Sholur, Nilgiris, as B.T. Assistant (English).

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Thirupathi, learned counsel on record for the writ petitioner present. He states that he is withdrawing the writ petition and an endorsement to that effect has also been made in the Court records.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
