Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to call for the records connected with the Government order issued in G.O.(Ms.).No.34 Revenue (L.R.I(2)) Department dated 14.01.2015 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent without fulfilling the obligation and without assigning the Lands to the allotted people of the respective area the scheme alloted by the Government should not be implemented.

ORDER
Heard Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
2. The petitioners have filed this writ petition to quash the order dated 14.01.2015 passed by the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The petitioners are stated to be in possession of the land allotted to them by Bhoodan Board. According to the petitioners, the amounts payable by the petitioners have been periodically remitted to. However, till date orders have not been issued in the proper format. The Government has now passed an order in G.O.Ms.No.34, Revenue Department, dated 14.01.2015 with regard to the formation of one Land Reforms Unit at each Collectorate (except Chennai) in the State of Tamil Nadu to monitor and administer the implementation of land Reforms Act and Bhoodan Act and sanction of uniform staff pattern in all the Revenue Court Offices. In the said order, Government has clearly set out the proceedings to be followed. Hence, the petitioner cannot be aggrieved by the implementation of the Government order.
Therefore, no ground is made out to quash the impugned order. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the District Collector by way of representation which shall be placed before the concerned unit directed to be formed pursuant to the GO.Ms.No.34 Revenue (LR.I(2)) Department dated 14.01.2015. Such representation shall be dealt with in accordance with the law by the competent authority as directed by the Government.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
