ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.S.Raveekumar, learned Government Pleader (Puducherry) for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction for removal of the

encroachment done by respondents 5 to 7. Notice dated 2.6.2023 is issued by Oulgaret Municipality to the parties for removal of encroachment.

3. Steps are being taken by the respondent Municipality.

4. In view of that, the purpose of the writ petition now stands served.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.13955 and 13956 of 2023 are closed.
