O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18202 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.850 of 2019 by the order dated 09.12.2019 that the appellant shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No. 850 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition already imposed on him, this court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.MP.No.18202 of 2019. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in six (6) months, first working day in the month of January and July pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.850 of 2019.
