ORDER

The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the debts held by Hemalatha A.K., who died intestate on 24.04.2020. The first to third petitioners are the daughters of the deceased Mrs. Hemalatha A.K.

2. The third petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificates of the deceased Hemalatha A.K., and Amarlal 1/4

K.Kinger (father of the petitioners) as Exs.P1 and P2. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased Hemalatha A.K., has marked as Ex.P4. A perusal of Ex.P4 shows that the petitioners are the only Class-I legal heirs of the deceased Hemalatha A.K. A paper publication has been made and any objections have not been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed by granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners, in respect of the debts mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Speaking: Yes/ No Petitioners' witness:
