The petitioner is said to be an ex-service man. He is said to be in cultivation of specifically allotted land in Survey No.784/1 at 144 Neithavoyal Village at Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District. With a grievance that B-Memos issued earlier have been stopped abruptly, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 25.05.2015 The said representation was forwarded by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent in and by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.55/132/2015/A1 dated 02.06.2015. Since no further orders have been passed by the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above and merits of the case, this Court is constrained to direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the communication of the 1st respondent dated 02.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after due enquiry by calling the petitioner as well as the third party if so required, and pass appropriate final orders within a period of eight weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
