The present petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2626 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. From the records it appears that a case has been registered as against the petitioner for alleged offences under Sections 324 and 506(ii) of IPC based on a complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner has come forward this petition to quash the said first information report.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case is only at the FIR stage and investigation is not yet completed.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that this petition is premature in nature and hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the first information report. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court after the filing of the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
