This application has been filed to direct the General Secretary of CSI, the fourth respondent herein, to represent the first respondent/defendant in the present suit, in a representative capacity on behalf of the Church of South India.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that since the first respondent is an unregistered body, he seeks leave of this Court, that the General Secretary of CSI, the fourth respondent herein may be permitted to represent the first respondent in the present suit in a representative capacity.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection to allow this application.

4. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, this Court of the view that the first respondent should be represented by the fourth respondent, in a representative capacity.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
