2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no serious objection to amend the cause title as prayed for by the applicants/plaintiffs.

4. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this application is allowed.

5. The applicants are directed to carry out necessary amendment in the short and long cause title on or before 05.08.2022
