O R D E R
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirupur, in Crl.M.P.No.1180 of 2015, dated 09.10.2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, granted bail to the petitioner on 21.08.2015 for the alleged offences under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 IPC. While granting bail, the said Court imposed a condition that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police twice daily
at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.1180 of 2015 for modification of the said condition. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, modified the said condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear daily at 10.00 a.m. before the respondent police until further orders. Hence, the present petition to relax the said condition.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

Accordingly, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.1180 of 2015, dated 09.10.2015 is totally relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and shall co-operate with the investigation.
5. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
