Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.5242 of 2020 vide order dated 06.03.2020 directing the petitioner/accused to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m, and 05.30 p.m until further orders.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5242 of 2020 dated 06.03.2020 that petitioner/accused to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m, and 05.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5242 of 2020 dated 06.03.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.,for a period of one week and thereafter, the petitioner shall furnish the present address to the respondent police and thereafter appear before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Madras on the first working day of October 2020 and thereafter, on the days fixed by the concerned Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
