The order of cancellation of Certificate of Practice and perpetually debarring the writ petitioner to function as Notary Public issued in G.O.(Ms).No.490 Law (Administration) Department dated 09.10.2013 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The impugned order states that the Certificate of Practice was lastly renewed in favour of the writ petitioner for a period of five years on and from 23.10.2010. Thus, the Certificate of Practice was expired on 23.10.2015.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the Certificate of Practice was already renewed in favour of the writ petitioner in G.O.(Ms).No.148 Law (Administration) Department dated 21.04.2015 for further period of five years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This being the factum of the case, the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished. Further, there is no condition imposed in the renewal order issued by the Government in G.O.(Ms).No.148, Law (Administration) Department dated 21.04.2015.

5. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently,connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
