It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has been in possession and enjoyment of the land situated in Patta No.365 in Survey No.259/1.B situated at Jaa Endal Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District. The said patta is said to have been given in the year 2000 and work order has been given to put up construction at the cost of Rs.1,20,000/-. However, no materials have been given with regard to the above said purpose to him. With the said grievance, the petitioner made a representation on 02.06.2015 for furnishing the required materials. Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing. 3.

Taking note of the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the representation, this Court is constrained to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after due enquiry by calling the petitioner as well as the third party if so required, and pass appropriate final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
