O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.11.2015. 2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Franklin stating that when the petitioner went to the Principal District Court at Krishnagiri for hearing with regard to her civil case, the above said person took video of the petitioner through his cellphone. So, the petitioner shouted at him. But, the said person had criminally intimidated the petitioner and also sent the said video through whatsapp and facebook.

Simultaneously, the said accused caught the petitioner, torn her saree and pushed her to fall on the ground and thus, he behaved indecently. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent. On receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.566 of 2015 has been assigned. But, till date no action was taken. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.566 of 2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending for enquiry. 5.In view of the submissions made by the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.11.2015 in C.S.R.No.566 of 2015 and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
