CRIME NO.25/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 17.06.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.2694/2021 on the file of this Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.RAGAVENDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 17.06.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 17.06.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
