When this Court is about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial in CC.No. 2332 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
