(CRIME NO. 1689 / 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Bail condition the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.1310 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.ANNAMALAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1310 of 2022 on 24.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that A1 and A2 are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. He would further submit that A3 has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the A1 and A2 is totally relaxed and insofar as A3 is concerned, since he is not complying with the condition imposed by this Court, this petition stands dismissed as against A3. -sd/- 21/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
