It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent / Judgment Debtor that the Judgement Debtor had already filed a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Commercial Court at Bangalore, challenging the Arbitral Award, which is the subject matter of this Execution Petition. He would submit that the arguments have already been heard in the said petition and the orders are reserved by the Commercial Court, Bangalore.

To await the outcome of the order to be passed in the Section 34 petition, filed by the respondent / Judgment Debtor, post the matter on 13.08.2025.
