Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble Court on 06.05.2021 made in Crl.OP.No.8731 of 2021 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SATHIYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Government Addvocate (Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 16.05.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to surrender.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to surrender before the concerned court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
