By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has retired as Secretary of the third respondent Society on 31.03.2015 and his terminal benefits were not disbursed due to an enquiry pending against him with regard to misappropriation of Rs.9,96,430/-. The petitioner in this regard, filed a revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 to the first respondent and since no order has been passed, he came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.D.Venkadachalam, learned Government Advocate (Coop.) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

4. This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the revision petition of the petitioner dated 26.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
