This revision petition has been filed to direct the learned IV Additional District Court, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District to take up and dispose the suit in O.S.No.195 of 2020, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The civil revision petitioner / plaintiff has filed a suit for declaration, partition and consequential injunction. 1/4

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is being adjourned for several hearings and the first defendant being a senior citizen, the proceedings should be expedited and should be disposed at the earliest.

5. The suit is of the year 2020. The Trial Courts are saddled with long pending matters and preference can usually be given to the oldest cases pending on its file. But, taking into consideration of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Trial Judge can be impressed to dispose the matter as expeditiously as possible.

6. This civil revision petition stands disposed and the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose the matter in O.S.No.195 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
