Prayer: Petition filed to extent the time for deposit the amount before the Registrar, Small Causes Court at Chennai.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to certain lapses on the part of their clerk, they were unable to get the order in time and she would seek that time granted, by order, dated 01.04.2025 may be extended till 22.04.2025.

2. Accepted the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time granted in CRP Nos.1065 and 1285 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025, is extended till 21.04.2025. The petitioner is permitted to deposit the Demand Draft before the concerned court by 21.04.2025.

3. Post the matter on 22.04.2025 for 'reporting compliance'.

4. Learned counsel would also submit that a mistake has also crept in, in the order, whereby it is stated that W.P.No.39288 of 2024 is dismissed, whereas it is pending.

5. The order stands corrected with regard to Paragraph 2 (viii). It is made clear that W.P.No.39288 of 2024 is pending.

6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
