This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2015 and to investigate the same and to file a final report in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint against one Janakiraman and others on 30.03.2015, on the allegation of impersonation and land grabbing. Since no action was taken so far, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter is pending enquiry.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the first respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 30.03.2015 given by the petitioner and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
