O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to respondents 2 and 3 herein in Crl.M.P.No.1711 of 2017 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur on 21.12.2017.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that, the learned Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, by an order dated 06.02.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.72 of 2018, has dismissed the bail granted to the accused/respondents 2 and 3 and hence, the prayer in this petition becomes infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3.In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
