O R D E R

The petitioner is working as a driver in the respondent corporation. The petitioner has made an application to the second respondent seeking sanction of 30 days leave for the wedding celebration of his daughter on 13.06.2019. It appears that the second respondent has sanctioned leave for only 10 days from 09.06.2019 to 18.06.2019, which is inadequate to the petitioner to do all arrangements for the wedding. It is seen from the affidavit that the petitioner is having 12 days Casual Leave, 103 days Earned Leave and 106 days Medical Leave, in toto 221 days.

2.Taking into consideration the plea of the petitioner that his daughter's marriage was scheduled to be held on 13.06.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the leave granted by the second respondent is found to be insufficient and hence, this Court directs the second respondent to grant 20 days leave to the petitioner commencing from 01.06.2019 to 20.06.2019.

With the above direction, this petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
