2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some errors have crept into the order dated 18.09.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.5562 of in Crl.O.P.No.10198 of 2020 and that the name of the petitioner is Aravind @ Aravinthan and further in the order, it has been stated as only Aravind, and @ Aravinthan has not been stated. He would further submit that it is a bail application where the petitioner was directed to furnish sureties, whereas in the order it has been stated as anticipatory bail, accordingly, prays for appropriate orders.

3.Hence, Registry is directed to correct the name of the petitioner as ARAVIND @ ARAVINTHAN and in the 2 nd paragraph 2 nd line the word anticipatory shall be deleted. Time for execution of sureties extended by two weeks from today.
