Venkatesan : Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 24.06.2015 and as a consequential relief by directing the 1st respondent not to issue a patta in favour of the 3rd respondent pertaining to Survey No.57/2 and 67/1, Gunakarampakkam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, measuring an extent of 2 Acres 19 Cents.

O R D E R

The petitioner, being joint owner of the property in Survey Nos.57/2 and 67/1, Gunakarampakkam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District with an extent of 2 acres and 19 cents made a representation to the 1st respondent placing reliance upon the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.141 of 2011 dated 29.04.2013. As the same has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Mr.Digvijaypandian, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3. As the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration with the 1st respondent and there is a civil Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decree between the petitioner on the one hand and the respondent Nos.2 and 3 on the other hand, it would suffice for this Court to direct the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, only after hearing the petitioner, 2nd and 3rd respondents and third party if so required, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
