Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed " the petitioner shall stay at Hosur and report before the Hosur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m until further orders. The petitioner shall not visit the limits of the respondent police imposed in Para No.5(d) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.11651 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 in Crime No.524 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11651 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 that the petitioner shall stay at Hosur and report before the Hosur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m until further orders. The petitioner shall not visit the limits of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11651 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.,for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
