On a perusal of the Order of this Court restraining the garnishees from making payment to the defendant, I am of the view that without any enquiry to find out whether or not, there is any amount payable by the granishees to the defendant, the Courts cannot prohibit the garnishee from making any payment to the defendant. Such being the position, the Order passed by this Court in A.No.3641 of 2019 in C.S.No.340 of 2019 dated 22.05.2019 prohibiting the garnishees from making any payment to the defendant is vacated.

2. Post the suit on 14.10.2019 for arguments in the application filed to revoke the leave granted by this Court.
