O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Namakkal to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.211 of 2014 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner/husband submitted that the petitioner has filed a petition in H.M.O.P. No.211 of 2014 seeking for dissolving the marriage solemnized on 06.07.2006 before the learned Subordinate Judge, Namakkal. The respondent had entered appearance, however, she filed counter belatedly. The above said HMOP posted for P.W.1 Cross examination and the same has been adjourned from time to time. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition filed before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that there is no objection to dispose of the said Civil Revision Petition. By considering the facts and submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner without expressing any opinion or merits, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Namakkal to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.211 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No Cost.
