consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2025 and to cancel the Patta No.185 stands in the name of 4th respondent in respect of land situated at Survey no.151/1B3B at Upparapalayam Perittivakam Village, Uthukottai Taluk, measuring 57 cents expeditiously within stipulated time period.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.03.2025 of the petitioner seeking to cancel the patta issued in the name of the 4th respondent.

2. Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate, on written instructions, submits that already enquiry has been fixed in respect of the complaint made by the petitioner and the enquiry is scheduled for hearing on 15.05.2025. He submits that the same will be decided and final orders

will be passed in a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for and in view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner in the enquiry scheduled for hearing on 15.05.2025, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
