Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider his representation dated 08.12.2016 for making

necessary correction in the Survey Number as 43/1 instead of 43 covered in Patta No.5758 dated 15.12.2014 relating to the property bearing Plot No.13 in the lay-out 'Lucky Land' situated at No.103, Nemili Village, Sriperumpudur Taluk & Kancheepuram District and to effect name transfer in the name of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2016 for making correction in the patta, the third respondent has not passed any order so far.

4.Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2016 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
