This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 305 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.32,060/- in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner who submitted that the petitioner had paid the deficit court fee of Rs.32,060/- and prayed for condone the delay in paying deficit court fee.

3.Since deficit court fee is paid, the delay of 305 days in paying the same is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
