With the consent of learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent to correct the date of appointment as 31.03.1995 and consequently the regularisation date also. Since no action has been taken by the respondent, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent will consider the said representation of the petitioner and will pass suitable orders on merit.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.04.2022 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
