Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation/objection dated 31.05.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's objection dated 31.05.2017 given to the 2nd respondent, no order has been passed by him so far.

4. Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's objection, in accordance with law.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's objection dated 31.05.2017 and pass orders, after giving notice to the third respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
