ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the 1st Additional Sub Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in OS No. 775 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.

2.Perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 1st plaintiff and the defendant are aged about 65 years old and prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No. 775 of 2022, which was filed in the year 2022.

4. Considering that the suit has been pending since the year 2022, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. No costs. 22-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MPA
